Everyone should put their dog in some sort of sport :) they clearly really enjoy things like this ! I find it hilarious/cute that most dogs can't even sit still from the excitement of the sport :) It's great for them !
It is not right that a dog that did well, could have done even better if he had had a good throw. They need to develop something that will make sure every throw is the same for each dog in order for it to be fair- maybe attach the toy to a bungie cord that would sling it straight out.
