BRIDGE HOUSE MISSION

Bridge House has accommodated single homeless men in Stockton On Tees since 1978. We have accommodated 1000's of men, giving them shelter, food and vital 24 hour support to hopefully give them the tools to move on into independent living. This poem, written by resident Stephen Reece, is transformed into life by current and old residents.
