I love this movie and found it very touching. I think the homeless girl was most Christian in the movie taking him in, caring for him. It appears towards the end she was trying to stay out of the way of the 2 boys and the family otherwise they may of taken her in for dinner.
What's sad is the homeless keep getting thrown out of their camps, if they don't move in time their things, tents get thrown out..mainly it's usually the homeowners that complain..
This movie hits home for me my Mom had Alzheimer then it got worse she would get mad at my Dad telling him she doesn’t remember him that he isn’t her husband she would pinch slap and call him names. I’m a home health worker so I kind of knew how to take care of my Mom I know that when taking care of someone with Alzheimers and Dementia you can’t get mad or frustrated with them you gotta be patient, loving and kind with them. I think that’s why my Mom trusted me more than my Dad and the nurses. Then December 2022 we found out that her kidneys wasn’t doing good that she’s going to be leaving us she stayed with us to bring in the New Year with us 2023 then January 11th 3am they called my Dad and my dad called me to say that my Mom passed away. This January 11th 2024 been a year already. I miss my Mom 😔💔
June 27 my mother went home to be with JESUS. She fought 😢 the courageous battle 10 yrs with dementia. This movie is a must see & portrays dementia & alzheimer well with such compassion.

I don't know how old this movie is. Current research indicates that Alzheimer's Disease is akin to diabetes of the brain. Dr. Mary Newport became interested, when her husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I think that he initial book was released in 2011. While not a cure, implementing the diet and supplementation helped her husband and many others to regain lost function. I know that if I or anyone I love were to get the diagnosis, I will begin that program immediately.
I'm a lot of disabilities and I threw them all into God's hands I ❤ Jesus and believe that only he and his father can my heavenly father will help eventually, only in his time ⏲️ 🙏 😢!!!
This makes me want to be mindful of the elderly and people in general 🩷🙏🏾.. so I can pay attention to make sure they are not lost and I can help them 🙏🏾🩷..

It was heart warming to see total strangers reaching out to help him when he was lost. Especially a homeless girl.
