This is a really good cheesecake recipe! I wasn’t sure if the gelatine was sufficient to set the cake, but it turned out perfectly. Served it at a party, everyone loved it! I added chopped pistachios to the cake. Adds a nice contrasting texture and really complemented the flavours. I loved how easy it was from start to finish. (Just make sure you have sufficient time to chill it in the fridge). This will be my go-to recipe for exotic cheesecake. Thank you very much for sharing!
I just refrigerated the base as well as the assembled cake, about 30 mins for base, 4 hours for the cake layer and 1 hour for the mango layer. Works best in terms of time to make the cake a day before you serve it. It will benefit from overnight refrigeration after adding the final layer.

I followed this recipe but with alphonso mango pulp and I didn't have Graham crackers so I used digestives instead and it came out so delicious. Simple but precise instructions and you made it so easy to follow. Thank you :)

One week after Christmas and into New Years diet and I find this video! I HATE you. That looks fantastic (and the music is pretty good as well) So it looks like I'm giving up the diet and have to virtually live in the gym to make up for this and some of the other recipes on this channel!
Made this yesterday absolutely delicious. only thing i would do different next time is sieve the mango puree to get rid of the fibers of the mango. Did do this for the topping but by than already made the filling.

@@roslizanbintimalik it did. However i will say that its very important that you use pure gelatine, to be honest it was my second try because the first time i used unpure supermarket stuff. Also as a note, i used canned mango because fress mango is very difficult to set, this has to do with its enzyms and because canned mango is heat treated those enzyms are no longer present.

Mines came out more like moose cake not too firm I should of put it on the freezer

I checked and the gelatine i used has a bloom of 150 its by a brand called funcake.
Hope all this helps and it turns out great.
