this is a little gem... the game is a reskin of Knizia's game Schotten Totten, but since I am a long time war gamer and GMT fan, given the theme I do prefer Battle Line :)
a shorter answer might be what GMT games I don't like :) in no particular order my favorites include the COIN games, Musket and Pike, HIS and VQ, TUSCW, Crown of Roses, Wellington, Gallipolli 1915, Nevsky, Churchill, Sekigahara, Space Empires, The Dark Summer and the various Simonitch '4X games... btw, Ivanhoe was another Knizia card game that GMT did, it too is a nice little family card game
Do any of you own or have played the Battle Line: Medieval version?! Same game, new artwork. I love this game!! its one of my first that got me into hobby games.
@@LegendaryTactics yes the terrain expansion is a game changer and I play it every time. cant imagine ever going back to playing without using the terrain expansion

Those special power cards improve the game, as well. And if you decide not to play with them, that is always an option.
It is a great little game! What other GMT Games are you into?

Hi there! We haven't tried the medieval edition, as far as I know. We've always had the older game around, so we haven't had the urge. Is it good?
