Dharmendra paaji was very close to Dilip Kumar and it's heart warming to see him receiving award from the man that he looked unto all his life.
Dharmendra was said that the first thing he did after coming to Bombay was to sneak into Dilip Kumar's house, where Dilip Kumar was taking a noon nap in his veranda, he said he kept looking at him sleeping, suddenly Dilip sahib woke up and was startled at seeing this stranger in his house. Dharmendra ran away that day. Years later after becoming a lead actor Dharmendra told Dilip Sahab that he was the youth that snuck into his house to get a glimpse of his favourite actor.
