I lived in Cleveland when they filmed this and at 1:32 in this video is this drag queen named Candy Flip. I never liked her. She was pretty high falooting for a drag queen from Cleveland.

No mention of the other girl in the movie who had the whip and was the villain. She was wayyyyyyyyyy hotter than Alyssa Milano’s character. She had that long perfect blonde hair and wore a leggings bodysuit. Not sure if she was supposed to know karate too or only used her whip and without it would be unable to fight. Would be cool if she did know karate too though.
