Let me tell you DDIS 320 engine's reality. It's not-
A free revving engine, power will trail off past 3800 RPM.
You won't enjoy it flatout redlining it in every gear, because, it's not meant to be revved hard.
What this engine is-
Very punch between 1600 to 3800 RPM and actually very peppy, even with A.C.. Use the gears judiciously and keep it in the middle of the powerband and it will even enjoy pulling quite hard in 4th and 5th gear, not that much in 6th gear but will still pull nicely.
This engine is very ideal for highway drives at in 6th gear it cruises at 1750 RPM, you can even pull overtakes easily in 4th gear due to very strong mid-range.
But the top-end is very lacking. But you won't need the topend, it's not a naturally aspirated VTEC or something.
Oh and the thing that impressed me is not only the mid range, but also the ease with which it reaches triple digit speeds.
Well explained! , Yes it's a great engine with a not-so-good top end but who needs that in a daily basis?
I use it everyday and shift gears at 2k rpm and get going nicely with a great mileage of around 20-22kmpl.

Yes, engine is audible inside.
My friend tried some sound deadning stuff inside. Works pretty well. Even at 140-160 it's quiet.
Scorpio se zyada nhi hai Scorpio jitna hi hai 320nm
Weight bhi kam hai and aerodynamic hai, to torque technically zyada hai.
