My Hurricane 🌀 Ian project.Perfect activity w no power here in FL to keep my mind busy. So thankful no real damage just loss of power & lots of broken limbs on power lines. Hopefully will be repaired soon. I’m loving this project, I still have to make the pocket for the freebie. I did make a few mistakes but still lovely. I somehow put the signatures in front so my freebie pouch pocket will have to go in back as I didn’t want to redo it. But will love it just the same. Thank you so much for such beautiful designs❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I hope you and your loved ones are safe, Michaela! We're following what happens with Hurricane Ian in Europe. I'm glad this craft project helped you take your mind of the weather.
I wish I could craft like you. Thank you for the free prints and thank you so much for this easy to follow tutorial. It has taken away some of fear of making the covers.
Kia Ora from New Zealand, I am a new Subscriber, your tutorials are amazing, and I love your printable. Thank you so much for showing alternatives for us crafters. Love it
I love this and made it. My spine came out nicely, just the way it was designed. You are so creative. I like many of the themes you come up with. Thanks.
this is beyond wonderful. It is just so very impressive. Great work! You are very good at explaining thing clearly. Thank you for showing us this beautiful creation!!!
Beautiful, as usual! I have loved all my purchases and this won’t disappoint. I found using a jump ring (I have hundreds) on the legs of the Brad, keeps a perfect gap for which to wind the string closure around. I do use ur method of a pc of cardboard tho for keeping a gap there while folding the Brad legs. Thanks for the great tutorial!
Thank you so much for all the tutorials you share. I love to make my own journals, especially using digitals and common chipboard materials/fabrics, etc.
✨🌼❣️Cuttiefull❣️🌼✨ Love this Tutorial, you explain it so well -and the tip is so helpful❣️❣️❣️ Thank you very much for shareing Tinne, you make it so ezy to follow you, and its so much a inspiration -Thanks again❣️❣️❣️
Pugsley Addams outfit 😂👍🏼❤️. Love that journal and perfect use of the Haunted House booklet! 'Stoer' we would say in the Netherlands with all the metal embellishments, yet elegant.
Hello Tinne, I really like the video tutorials you do. I always feel inspired. Thank you so much for your kind generosity. Take care and God bless. Sincerely Becky B from Arkansas
Just when I think I know something, I learn something new 😂 This is amazing! Thank you so much for the tutorial! And the cracker box secret is safe with me 😂
Always love when you do tutorials Tenna.. So clear and easy to follow.. Love this project and the papers are so beautiful.. Thank you for sharing please keep creating.
Your videos are amazing. It would be really helpful if you could explain selling and business part for us artists, because that is where most of us are stuck.
I just found your YT channel after finding your Etsy shop this week and I’m obsessed with your kits and vids. I love the step-by-step tutorials and plan to purchase your kits to start creating as soon as I’m done with my current project. Might I ask where you got your tool you use with your double sided tape? That looks perfect for many things. I’d love to get one 😄
Watching the connecting of cover and signatures I was wondering if the front had to be done before the back? It seemed, from my angle thar doing the back where the signatures are first would make the second connection - front- a little easier because of less bulk on the second connection. Is that a reasonable observation? I ask because I am very new to creating journals.
Just a quick question because I really love the way you did the spine. Why don’t you want the inner spine not to be adhered to the outer spine though? I was confused as to why you wouldn’t want those two layers adhered because it seems like it would make it more secure, but I’m suspecting there’s a very good reason, not to do it, and I was hoping you could answer me on that.
I have never used inks but am considering buying some. My question is, dont inks rub off on hands other papers they rub against. I ask because I see many people ink edges of papers in folios. I would think rubbing against other things, maybe other booklets, journals inks would smudge onto other things.
These printables can be used for all kinds of craft projects, of course, this tutorial is only one idea. What would you make with these?
Thank you for printable

There would be a problem opening and closing the book. Both spines should be able to move independently.
Do you have any trouble with the picture sides not gluing together well? Didn't know if i should rough up the covers before glue-ing.
I don't have any trouble with that. I do leave glue to dry pretty long though.
Hi Tinne. Awesome paper. Great tutorial. =^^=
What kind of ink did you use for the seam binding ribbon?
I used a few colors of ink sprays, brown and blue I think.
I have never used inks but am considering buying some. My question is, dont inks rub off on hands other papers they rub against. I ask because I see many people ink edges of papers in folios. I would think rubbing against other things, maybe other booklets, journals inks would smudge onto other things.
To be honest, I've never had that problem. Once the ink is truly dry it's ok.
There was a video I saw a lady used fabric medical tape inside to reinforce her spines. Flexible but study.
