Hi Shivangi, I had this same ingrown hair which you have referred to as strawberry skin in the video. One thing which has really helped is after my shower I take my pumice stone sometimes and use it on skin in circular motions. Somehow all my ingrown hair gets better and the appearance of dark dots on the skin has reduced a lot. I use pumice for exfoliating and then epilate

Did you notice any change in the thickness of new grown hair after using epilator over time? I tried epilating underarms, earlier i used to have very thick and dark new growth. But after epilating, the new hair is very thin and very light in color too!

I do epilate against hair growth and also do exfoliate using scrubs
Lot of ingrown, didn't work for me.
If the hairs are too long it results in cutting of hair.. try shaving 2-3 days before epilating so that the hairs are short enough

If you want to trim/shave and not do epilation, it can be used.

Can I use it for facial hair removal?
No you shouldn't. Because facial skin can be sensitive compared to body skin, so it can cause ingrown hair, red bumps and some other videos people had burns also. There is another epilator for facial hair some r good some can cause burns or bleed too. So, choose wisely!
