Meet Link and Tiner, our Outer Banks SPCA Pets of the Week!
Tiner is a sweet 9-month-old boy who is very smart, affectionate and food motivated, and he gets along great with other dogs! Link is also a handsome 9-month-old boy who gets along great with other dogs as well!

Adoption Hours:
Monday to Friday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Naptime is from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.)
