That's what it's all about... showing people how to fix / service their own stuff...glad it helped you out and saved you some cash.... cheers....Johnny
Yay!! Just changed the filter in the used Renegade that I got last year..I don’t think it’s EVER been changed (probably bc of how complicated it is) it looked 10x worse than yours!! 😭😭 thank you so much I definitely wouldn’t have been able to do it w/o your vid!
Thank you so much. It helped me a lot. I was able to get it changed out and put back even without the right tools or lighting. Very difficult for me. You sure make it look good.
this shit is ridiculous to change out a filter. im sorry i pick out this jeep for my mom. after 25,000 miles the plastic radiator motor went out. just cant believe this shit. this is why im happy ive always chosen honda as our primary vehicles.
@@JohnnysSpeedShop hello Johnny's I like your video question I just got a 2015 renegade I it's a problem with the radio it just goes on and off any ideas of what I can do ?
Is it when you hit a bump or just random ? Its most likely a ground issue, Chrysler stuff is notorious for that... could be something in the head unit as well...pull it and check for pwr and ground, load test if you can...visual inspection is key and try to recreate the failure...good luck mate..
@@henry506 I disconnected my battery and reconnected a few minutes later. It took care of the radio. I've had a few issues like that but nothing serious.
I just want to say thank you. Dealership tried to charge me 100.00 to change this. Watched your video and did it in 15 min. Air filter was 12.00 lol.

Glad you changed it but it’s absolutely ridiculous what you have to do to get to a damn filter.
Same same same. Dealership is a joke with the smallest things.
Hey man , i am french living in french west india and drive a renegade trailhawk and telling you THANK YOU !!!!!
je t'en prie

Just replaced mine after watching your video. Had to borrow a 5.5 mm socket. Covered in leaves like yours. Thank you.
Glad it helped
BTW mine also came out like yours! Lol leaves and dirt allover! 5 YEARS without replacing it. Thank you again!
Thanks for the video. U made it look easy. Appreciate it
Thank you! Saved me a buck!
Hey, you mentioned that you have a manual. Where did you grab one of those? I need it too. Thank for the video!

You might want to check if that Repair is covered by a recall.
I would recommend using a small vacuum attachment to get the remaining trash out
Yeah I got my hand in but yes great suggestion...
Why this complication and why do coarse objects enter the filter?
Cada cuánto se cambia el filtro de polen, gracias
Thanks for the great video, are the screws security T25 or standard T25?
Standard T25 not security.
Thank you! Nice video! I solve my concern!.
That was filthy mate you should a lot more air nice and clean coming though the vents now 👍👍👍🍻
It was pretty nasty...the next owner I'm sure will appreciate it...😁😁

How does that carpet reattach? Mine has been hanging down since I bought it in December
Mine too! I just hooked it under the side molding to keep it somewhat in place. Guess I should have paid more attention when I ripped it down!
Very good. Thank you.
Nice 👍 Cheers Johnny
:)
Nice Rene too
I gotta do this
I see why the dealership wants to charge me $90 in labor to swap out 😂
Lol
Thanks 👍
Hate hate hate hate these stupid cabin filters. Just another scam to make dealers money.
dealership charges $90😂
LOL - I'm sure it will be $120 now given the inflation rate
What a poor design for maintanence.
