Colourpop “going coconuts” is a good cool toned palette, and I’m pretty fair too. It looks warm, but once blended, it’s def cool toned. I saw Morphe has a 9 pan palette called “So Chill” that was gorg too.
Yeah I have the Going Coconuts palette and LOVE IT! The also came out with the Flutter By palette from the butterfly collection right after. Also, their Smoke Show palette is the PERFECT NYE palette! It has all the silvers and greys and black.
I don't know why, but that palette still looks so warm on me. 😭 I got it because I'd seen others use it and it looked cool, but not so for me. So weird and frustrating! It is still very beautiful though!!

I actually love mixing the shades from the going coconuts and smoke show pallettes together :) I'll use coolada from the coconuts pallette in my crease to add just a tiny bit of warmth and then use the matte grey shades from smoke show, makes it a bit more wearable for everyday. I agree that most other colourpop pallettes pull very orange on pale skin.
I love your dress! Allie Glines' NYE look had a similar eyeshadow look to yours.... lots of silver. That eyeliner is incredible!! I hope you feel up to celebrating this year!!

I disliked neutral palettes until i tried Fame by Colourpop! It's cool enough even for me and looks really nice! the Norvina Anastasia palette (not the pro pigment one) is also mostly cool tones and looks really nice as well!

The palette that comes to mind for me as a perfect NYE palette is Cheers To The Beauty by Coloured Raine. It has the prettiest metallic silver & jewel toned colors plus a nice highlighter & good matte transition shades. It's definitely a holiday palette.
The Tartlette clay matte eyeshadow palette is my go to cool option. Definitely not as popular as the Tartlette in Bloom palette, but one of the few cool toned ones left out there 😊
Try targets “Profusion Palette in Chocolates” for a cool toned palette or “Profusion Siennas” for a cool toned palette if you haven’t already! I love these profusion eyeshadow palettes
I have probably been subscribed 5 years now. You are the one person I have to watch the video the same night it comes out. Also have definitely helped me decompress after a long work day. I also have always found you so relatable & not lying about what you like just to get people to buy things. Also I loved that NARS liner I haven’t had a silver liner lick that since the late 90’s in terms of color pay off.

For a cool-tone palette, I love the Tartlette original & the Tartlette in Bloom palettes. Nice taupes, greys, and mauves. I always steer clear of golds & warm browns, because they look too orange-y on me - so these palettes are perfect for me.
Lime Crime Venus Immortallis, Colourpop Smoke Show, Too Faced Natural Lust, Pretty Vulgar Nightingale, and Lorac Pro Palette 2 all have some awesome cool toned shadows!
Totally agree about Colourpop eyeshadows! I always think they look more neutral/cool toned then when swatched or put on my eyelid they are warm and coppery! I just ordered the Going coconuts palette and I'm hoping itll be more what I want.

My fav cool toned palette is the Pretty Vulgar Nightingale palette that I got in my BoxyCharm. The Urban Decay Born to Run palette has some cool tones that work for me too.

Girl I feel you! I’m so over warmed toned eye looks and it’s so hard to find cool toned pallets! My go to right now is the dose of colors marvelous Mauves.
I really love my Mac Nude Model eyeshadow pallete. It’s got all the cool colors I love! Cool translation shade, cool, deep brown, and taupe colors. They don’t pack a punch with a butt-load of pigment but they build and blend so beautifully. They some lovely shimmer shades too. ❤️💖💕💕😘

Naked Basics 2 is a super simple cool toned matte palette. Just a few cool toned brown shades & a black with one shimmer brow bone highlight. I love it, have been using it for years
Elf Everyday Smoky palette, Color Pop Fame palette. NYX Swear By It palette has both warm and cool tones. Makeup Revolution Precious Stone Diamond palette. Alter Ego Sahara Palette has cool tones on the bottom row. Those are all the ones I have with the cool tones I love.

I loveeeee the Pretty Cool palette by Dose of Colors. It’s very simple only 5 shades but you can use it to create shape in your eyes & add any topper shadow!
I love the fact you use products you really enjoy and which work for you rather (‘oldies but goodies’) than just using new products which are currently hot in the TH-cam beauty community! I’ve been subscribed for 4 years now!! Going to try using my MFE stick foundation again and the Nars concealer 😊 shame about that primer though 😞 its so annoying when a product is ‘off’ and changes the way the other products normally work!
BH Cosmetics Love In London palette has gorgeous cool tones. So does Colourpop Fame and the grey toned monochromatic palette from Colourpop is nice too, it's just all true grey tones. Love you and your channel Taylor!!!! ❤❤❤❤

The first one is the Going Coconuts palette and the second one is the Flutter By (I think that's the name, it's in the butterfly collection) palette. Both are GREAT cool toned palettes. Also, Colourpop's Smoke Show palette is the PERFECT NYE palette. It's all greys and silvers and blacks.
Such a great look - I think cooler tones flatter Taylor so well. I want more cooltoned palettes too.... I especially want more silvers & grey shades - I really wanna try the Colourpop greyscale Smokeshow palette... and Revolution/Obsession have just introduced some temptingly nice silver/grey/black/blackened-berry palettes in last couple of months (Black is the New Black, Intoxicated with Love, Reloaded Blackout, Colourbook CB01 - and plenty more cooler colours in CB04 pinks/purples/mauves and CB05 blues/greens).

For nice grey tones, I love combining ColourPop’s Smoke Show palette with Cover Girl’s TruNaked Smoky palette. They work really well together.

I think I've been watching for two years now! Hope you're recovering well! I love the Pretty Vulgar Nightingale palette for cool tones; I'm pretty fair and the Hide & Seek shade is perfect in the crease. Usually my everyday palette! 😍
The palette that comes to mind for me as a perfect NYE palette is Cheers To The Beauty by Coloured Raine. It has the prettiest metallic silver & jewel toned colors plus a nice highlighter & good matte transition shades. It's definitely a holiday palette.
The Tartlette clay matte eyeshadow palette is my go to cool option. Definitely not as popular as the Tartlette in Bloom palette, but one of the few cool toned ones left out there 😊
I love that palette. The plum row is dreamy for my brown eyes

Try targets “Profusion Palette in Chocolates” for a cool toned palette or “Profusion Siennas” for a cool toned palette if you haven’t already! I love these profusion eyeshadow palettes
I have probably been subscribed 5 years now. You are the one person I have to watch the video the same night it comes out. Also have definitely helped me decompress after a long work day. I also have always found you so relatable & not lying about what you like just to get people to buy things.
Also I loved that NARS liner I haven’t had a silver liner lick that since the late 90’s in terms of color pay off.

For a cool-tone palette, I love the Tartlette original & the Tartlette in Bloom palettes. Nice taupes, greys, and mauves. I always steer clear of golds & warm browns, because they look too orange-y on me - so these palettes are perfect for me.
Lime Crime Venus Immortallis, Colourpop Smoke Show, Too Faced Natural Lust, Pretty Vulgar Nightingale, and Lorac Pro Palette 2 all have some awesome cool toned shadows!
I feel like the color you put on as your first bronzer definitely seems to match your skin better for foundation...
Totally agree about Colourpop eyeshadows! I always think they look more neutral/cool toned then when swatched or put on my eyelid they are warm and coppery! I just ordered the Going coconuts palette and I'm hoping itll be more what I want.
Soft and Sultry and Naked2 are what I have for cool tone palettes. I also LOVE the Bold Obsessions.

I've been subscribed since before you started your gray hair color journey and collaborated on that gorgeous liquid lipstick with bhue. Your techniques and analysis of formulas is a gift to ANYONE. You should try black radiance bold and sexy mascara it's very wet but will give you long eyelashes.
The ColourPop Smoke Show is a great cool toned, smokey palette. It's what I plan on using for New Year's. The Lime Crime Venus Immortalis palette is also a nice option :)
My fav cool toned palette is the Pretty Vulgar Nightingale palette that I got in my BoxyCharm. The Urban Decay Born to Run palette has some cool tones that work for me too.

That Revolution pro finishing powder is amazing. If you like Milani set and glow, hourglass ambient powder, Sephora finishing powder, you’ll love the Makeup Rev finishing powder and it’s really inexpensive.
Back in the 90s, Hard Candy had a silver eyeliner that I LOVED. That Nars one just threw me back in all the best ways!

Girl I feel you! I’m so over warmed toned eye looks and it’s so hard to find cool toned pallets! My go to right now is the dose of colors marvelous Mauves.
I really love my Mac Nude Model eyeshadow pallete. It’s got all the cool colors I love! Cool translation shade, cool, deep brown, and taupe colors. They don’t pack a punch with a butt-load of pigment but they build and blend so beautifully. They some lovely shimmer shades too. ❤️💖💕💕😘

Naked Basics 2 is a super simple cool toned matte palette. Just a few cool toned brown shades & a black with one shimmer brow bone highlight. I love it, have been using it for years
Sultry palette from ABH has some beautiful cool tones. A few warmer shadows but mostly cool.
Elf Everyday Smoky palette, Color Pop Fame palette. NYX Swear By It palette has both warm and cool tones. Makeup Revolution Precious Stone Diamond palette. Alter Ego Sahara Palette has cool tones on the bottom row. Those are all the ones I have with the cool tones I love.
Try the Smashbox Punked Cover Shot palette. Small, but def what you’re looking for

I loveeeee the Pretty Cool palette by Dose of Colors. It’s very simple only 5 shades but you can use it to create shape in your eyes & add any topper shadow!
I always fall back on my Sultry palette for a nice cool toned look.

I love the fact you use products you really enjoy and which work for you rather (‘oldies but goodies’) than just using new products which are currently hot in the TH-cam beauty community! I’ve been subscribed for 4 years now!! Going to try using my MFE stick foundation again and the Nars concealer 😊 shame about that primer though 😞 its so annoying when a product is ‘off’ and changes the way the other products normally work!

Colourpop has 2 palettes that I just recently got because I was specifically looking for cool toned palettes. The first one is the Going Coconuts palette and the second one is the Flutter By (I think that's the name, it's in the butterfly collection) palette. Both are GREAT cool toned palettes. Also, Colourpop's Smoke Show palette is the PERFECT NYE palette. It's all greys and silvers and blacks.

For cool tones I’ve had to make my own pallet at Makeup Geek: hayride, faux fur, creased, prom night are my go to to start building up to black.
Some of the Smashbox Cover Shot palettes are cool toned. I use the Minimalist one when I want cool tones.

Such a great look - I think cooler tones flatter Taylor so well. I want more cooltoned palettes too.... I especially want more silvers & grey shades - I really wanna try the Colourpop greyscale Smokeshow palette... and Revolution/Obsession have just introduced some temptingly nice silver/grey/black/blackened-berry palettes in last couple of months (Black is the New Black, Intoxicated with Love, Reloaded Blackout, Colourbook CB01 - and plenty more cooler colours in CB04 pinks/purples/mauves and CB05 blues/greens).
