Louis Vuitton Nuit De Feu fragrance has just launched and I have the scoop about it all for you here. Nuit De Feu is all Incense for me but also reminds me of other Louis Vuitton fragrance. Can you guess which fragrance it reminds me of? I'm also discussing Ombre Nomade and Les Sables Roses. I have a full review of Ombre Nomade but I haven't discussed Les Sables Roses much until today. The best smell I ever encountered was after me spraying my self with Tom Ford Oud Wood and two drops of real Sandalwood oil. Two hours after I sprayed my self I randomly decided to jump in to the black sea. The smell of sea water salt as well as the air around it made my experience like I was in heaven. It was fantastic.
Thank you for this review! Afternoon Swim and Coeur Battant are my fave from LV. I will probably purchase Les Sables Roses for the fall - the longevity is great! I love the packaging of Nuit de Feu but it smells like burnt tobacco on me 🙃

I agree with your third place ranking. I was hoping this would be sparkling like Les Sables Roses due to the blue bottle, but instead all I am getting is a dull olibanum and mulch-like oud. The fragrance sits close to the skin, but it does last forever. I just feel like there was so much potential for this. My favorite part is in the far drydown when the vanilla comes out, but how often will someone even smell that? I wish they had taken L’Immensitee and added heavy incense notes and sharp Oud and musk, to make a beast mode fragrance that could be worn year-round, as opposed to making just another Middle-Eastern fragrance that has been done so many times before. I was so bored with this fragrance. Maybe it will “sparkle” more in cold weather. I’ll have to return to it to see when that time comes. BTW, I didn’t get the Nouveau Monde connection until you mentioned it. I agree that there is a similarity in there, but I think Nouveau Monde is way better personally. I feel like you feel the same way? Nuit de Feu honestly smells too much like mulch for me to enjoy it, especially now in the summer heat.

I feel like Ombre Nomad is sooo similar to Nouveau Monde. I love Les Sables Roses so much. Nuit de Feu is very spicy initially, like thieves essential oil.

I have this collection. They did early introduction in march Here with us in Dubai and I bought it the ( Nuit De Feu ) it’s nice but my favorite is les sables roses and then Ombre Nomande and then this the new one.

Thanks sebastian I'm a NY, an I just purchased 100ml of ombre nomade an it's simply Divine The Oud, incense, Bubble followed by the raspberry whips is Transcendent simply Bliss, reminds me of my trip to Egypt Being inside of the Tombs Majestic,Dark , Royal perfectly Blended worth the $391 US retail they also gave me samples of Les sables rose,As a alpha Male all I can say is Amazing on my skin longevity & sillage awesome people will know you were just there,not better than ombre but great Both I would say are Fall & Winter an I also got the chance to layer it I'm sold going to purchase a full bottle of les sables rose Bulgarian rose& oud is just masculine I'm telling you didn't lie the ingredients are the best staying power 👍spend the money if you want to smell good it Takes me countless journeys an I just got it wow I ♥️ Both .

I just ordered Nuit De Feu. Excited to see it come. I love Ombre Nomade. Wasn’t sure about Les Sables Roses until I got a couple samples to wear. Love your feedback on these.
did you end up enjoying it? I have an official sample and actually like it quite a lot, however the first few minutes have a certain ripe smell of oud that quickly dissipates tho.

Oh, my LV store is open and doing refills. They don’t refill the Oud line bottles at my location, but they said they could arrange refills at another store and have it shipped directly back to me. So if you need a refill, they’ve got you covered.
Try to layer omber and nuit de fue or with Sable you Wil like it alot it's not really good by it self but it's amazing with other perfumes amazing I had been playing with it for almost 4 month
I'm sure these Luxury Fragrances smell absolutely marvelous. Although the price point for these scents are to expensive for me.

Nuit de Feu has more longevity than Ombré Nomade, they’re both great, all three are fantastic though
Interesting. I own Ombre Nomade and it's the most beastmode fragrance I have tested. Nuit de Feu is on my buying list, I have tested it with the 2ml testers. It has some projection and longevity, but not anything close to Ombre Nomade.
They stopped “refills” but you can bring an empty bottle to the store and they will replace it with a new bottle for the lesser price

You can still refill every LV perfume in EU, depends on the store and current stock tho

WhoaNellyJake These don’t necessarily smell similar, but could be used for similar occasions: Tom Ford Tobacco Oud, Guerlain Santal Royale, Dior Homme Parfum, Gucci Guilty Absolute Pour Homme

How similar are Nouveau Monde and those two fragrances to Dior Sauvage Elixir in your opinion? Is Noveau Monde an alternative to Dior Sauvage Elixir with a similar signature but more suitable for the summer?
Nouveau monde smells like cacao powder and incense. Sauvage smells like lavander and licorice. It’s really not the same. Bof are very dark and intense but you can wear them every season.
Do a top 20 of LV fragrances
If you run out they give you a new sealed bottle at refill price. I've got 2 refills this way in the past couple weeks. If anyone is looking to sample LV scents I have all 12 of the mens/unisex scents which I can decant.

Just checked at Vuitton and Ombre Nomade is amazing. Nuit de Feu pretty nice too. Please learn how to say “feu” it’s not a Vietnamese dish ^^ Also, I know the translations can be a little tricky but I wouldn’t say its fiery night. More like the actual translation Night of Fire

LV fragrances feels like the more expensive thus more concentrated versions of something that have already been in the market. They cater heavily to specific consumers, middle east for example. I like oud and leather and incense but Nuit de feu and among others LV fragrances in this ranges are obnoxiously overpowering. One spray onto your body is more than enough to last through the night and the morning after.
I remember walking in the streets in Germany and smelling Ombre Nomade literally everywhere in the streets, eventually I had to ask for the name and they told me it was the Ombre Nomade, it smells amazingly good, definitely one of my favorites

LV seems to be like Chanel and even more extreme. Only LV boutiques and online for their fragrances. Some very rare dept stores do have a LV boutique within it but it's treated more like the LV boutique rather than the Dept. Store it's in so it's kept pretty tight! :)

I've had good luck purchasing my Cartier "ouds" from Harrods (occasionally offered at a 10% discount), or directly from Cartier, and it looks like that'll be a similar case here. for the record, there are now 8 Cartier ouds by Cartier created by nose Mathilde Laurent - i'd love you to review that series - I do have them all, so if you need a sample, don't hesitate to ask.

Search google there are a few stores. Just type the name of the fragrance and sample there are a few online stores. I have links to stores in the info box here as well.
