Hi Nick ,Great work as usual, The Nose job was execlent executed totally seen great progress, the floor panels did make te cargo department exquisit.Well-Done.mate🇦🇺🙏🏻👍🏻 Greetings.Hubertus🇳🇴🇳🇱🍀☮cheers🇦🇺
Great work as always Niko! Ive got the same issue on my A-Pillar on the other side, so will be interested to see how you push it out. Mine seems worse than yours, so look forwards to you covering it. All the best.
I used one assembled dog leg and one that came in two parts when I did my 64. I found it much easier to install the outer part first and then fit the inside. Also the left door may be a little flat making it longer than it should be. Sometimes they lose some curve when rusted and repaired. I would make a template to check the lower curve with a known good door.
Nick, what’s the deal with all the places you work? Where are you working on this bus? Is this business lockup for you, as well as what you have at home, as well as what you do at oven boys? Trying to keep up! 😆 Great uploads as always - it’s my Saturday morning treat with a coffee over here in the UK. 🇬🇧
Great tips on the door hinges.
@@VWJawbreaker cheers Gary 👍🏽 some days I hate buses 😂
You are really plugging along! Great video!
Bugs, vans, utes. One day you might be busy. Seriously, I think your panel gaps are better than factory
The ocd is real 😂 cheers Dale🤙🏽
Hi Nick,
another great and educational video.
I wasn't aware of the small window at the back of the dogleg. But of course it makes sense.
@@AircultBerlin if you’re repairing doglegs, it’s best to buy the two piece versions then you don’t have to cut that little window👍🏽
@@DemopVWgarage Next time... unfortunately I already have one here. Let's see how well it actually fits
Nice work! I got my mug the other day! Drinking from it now!
@@SkaterStimm great to hear mate I’ve got some stickers I want to send you too😁👍🏽

@@thenovascotiabarndoor1954 yes Stan, I’m thinking that left door definitely had some damage and its a bit out. I will double check it👍🏽

Wow, it’s really coming along. Can’t believe that you’re going to put windows in it. Are you getting new doors with windows ?
