  • I just received an soap wrapping tool order for soap bar perfectly sized for hospitality bars or sample bars. Great for hotels, guest houses, bed and breakfasts, etc. It's wrapped a little differently than my other bars. This soap wrapping tool is for a 3.5" x 2" x .25" soap bar. I cut the paper 6" wide by 5" tall. You can use standard paper, kraft paper, wrapping paper, tissue paper, wax paper, even fabric! You can order your own custom soap wrapping tool on our website at www.tyarsessentials.com or on Etsy at www.etsy.com/shop/tyarsessentials.

Thank you! I've been wondering how this tool was meant to help people, yours was the first video I came across that showed the process and explained what you were doing at the same time.

Wow Thank You!!! Question I make Hot process soap and I wrapped some soap in regular composition 📓writing paper trying out different label design ideas.. Ok I found some parts of the paper to leave a little grease spots how to over come this? Freezer paper or some kind of barrier to protect the label from the soap? Maybe thicker paper? I live in a tropical climite I know that probably play a role in this also. Thanks for any input!

Thicker paper probably wouldn't help, since the reason you get those little grease spots is because your soap isn't quite cured. The lye has fully saponified so it's safe to use, but it probably wasn't fully dehydrated (which is probably due to the tropical climate you mentioned). If you prefer your soaps at that consistency, or have no way to avoid it, and are looking for a cheap way to put a barrier between the soap and the paper, you can use some regular cling wrap meant for kitchen use, and simply wrap your soap in that first. Freezer paper or butcher's paper would also work if you wanted to only wrap your soap once. Wax paper would also work well. Just be sure that whichever you use, you put the waxy/shiny side facing the soap, as that's the side that isn't as porous.
