This is an awesome and pretty faithful recreation! The few things I noticed right away was that the bass is a little dark, the snare ends a little quickly, and there needs to be a bit more reverb as the original has this very live sound. Other than that It's great!
A. It's amazing that you're digging into older music and doing recreations. I love this! B. This one is selfish, as it's applicable to the kind of stuff I'm trying to make, but would you be up for doing a recreation of something by New Order? Some of their biggest hits have been done to death, particularly Blue Monday. But I'd love to see one of your videos on one of their songs that's more a blend of electronics and guitar. Krafty, Someone Like You, Regret, Singularity, etc. Would be amazing.
Dude, I'm just amazed what a gem I found. Your videos excellent for everyone who wanna be in touch with music. Thank you very much, I'm sure you deserve millions on this video. And you will get it, 'cause nostalgia to 80s jpop-sound growing day by day. Thanks a lot, one more time. Very interesting.
Hey much thx for deciding to do another production video using this track Ill!!Really like it,looking forward to seeing what you get into here man...as you know, check out all of these right away and am always learning a ton from them, but especially like it when the track you pick is in a style that I'm into and can see how to take your approach and put tracks together myself using various elements of it.. (later after finishing it)- Great video man!!Way to break everything down, figured out the drums/bass line/keyboard/guitar parts easily from the screenshots/notes I made...saw you kept on emphasizing exactly what I mentioned initially re-taking things you demo'd across the board (especially the default FX-processing workflow you use pretty much consistently I've begun to internalize after studying 20 or so of these)and applying them...as far as suggestions for tracks,"Sheesh!" by Surfaces/Tai Verdes has been out a couple of years but is still one of people's go-to's for ads etcetc,be great to check out your take on it man...
another great tutorial! i would love to see what you could do with ‘mary on a cross’ by ghost it would be great to se more rock based breakdowns. thanks!
this is awesome!! would you be able to do “ditto” by newjeans? it’s one of the biggest songs in korea of all time and it’s super simple, but i can’t figure out exactly what sounds to use!

I'd love to see a remake of "You Rock My World" by Michael Jackson, or something from The Neptunes.
