I must confess that this video is a timely one for me, i just watched it. I used to be very addicted to the idea of love, relationship and marriage. I always wanted to have a man that will love and marry me after sch but last month it occurred to me that all the guys i have attached myself to never gave me a sense of fulfillment or joy i only felt drained. But i have known today that once my relationship with God is intact every other thing will fall in place and that i should love, build and manage myself first and also discover my purpose. OMG the part where you guys talked about putting pressure on yourself, I can totally relate and when Sis. Darasimi talked about singles who scroll through Instagram and TH-cam looking at marriage videos, proposals and the rest, I screamed so bad, like God did you tell her my secret?😂 Honestly, I've learnt a lot. Thank you all, God bless you 🥰
So many lessons for me here.. there's no particular time for me to marry. I mustn't expect my joy from my partner. My joy in marriage starts with me. My completeness is in Christ Jesus. Most importantly, in fulfilling my purpose, I must first discover my purpose for myself. It is the level I am that determines the person I will attract. God doesn't waste his investment. Thank you so much.
I so much like the part where Pastor Miracle talked about our relationship with God being the foundation of our discovering our purpose. I personally am gradually realising that the more I know God the more I know myself. That's a very valid truth there.

Very nice insights from you women of God, especially on this particularly sensitive topic. Even when you don't put yourself under pressure and you're your God ordained life, our African society won't let you be. I was even asked when I'll be getting married at a job interview recently..Can you imagine? For me, I stay focus on GOD...but my only concern is, 'medically' it is not advised for a lady at 40 & above to give birth, though I know the HE's the God of all impossibility. I just hope they can help address this aspect in subsequent episodes. More grace.

Now I was asking is there a will of God that is not perfect?

I held my chest from the beginning of this video to the end. My eyes of understanding has been enlightened. I will stay focus on God, I will no longer long for things or be confused, my needs will become an idol if they're all i focus on.

@ella, you mentioned that one does not need to have everything before starting but he/she can start small. In a situation where the brother is trying his best to make ends meet but it seems not enough even on a daily basis, what can the sister do?
Kindly note that they have been praying about it and her parents want him to have a stable income before marriage.
Starting small that she means is this: there’s a basic requirement which is having a stable steady income, it doesn’t have to be in millions it can be small but as long as you know it can take care of you and your spouse and family. If you are still struggling you can’t go into that marriage because you wouldn’t want to suffer yourself and that sister. No matter how small it has to be stable and steady.
Secondly, if you are the sister and the brother is trying his best to make ends meet but it’s not enough, I will advice you to sit down and talk to yourself you are the one wearing the shoes so you know were it is pinching you, you know what you want. Ask yourself are you ready to cope/manage with him with his little. Then you too must have your own income I mean you can’t be idle, so you ask yourself when you put your own income and his own is it enough🤷🏾♀️ because in this hardship so many family are in trouble because the head can’t provide for his family and these kind of thing end up becoming an issue at the long run, so dear talk to yourself. After talking to yourself what ever answer you can come up with table it before God and find out what his will is towards the situation at hand. And what ever answer you get from God obey it and ignore family
