They built the worlds tallest building that doesn’t have a sewage do they truck human waste out daily. That whole country is built on weak infrastructure.

I was just in Dubai. Malls are jam packed. Real estate and rental properties continue to rise, the AED is pegged to the USD and the AED currency is gaining more value every year. 60+ (sixty) skyscraper buildings are currently being built and in development. Growth isn't stopping. The only thing I'd say about Dubai is that it's now implementing a new tax system that may chase expats away. Dubai is made up of 90% expats and 10% locals. Dubai cannot afford to alienate investors or expats with new aggressive tax laws. That's how the economy will collapse. All the millionaires and billionaires running for greener pastures and pulling all their money out of their banks due to aggressive new taxes. Millions of investors flocked to Dubai for the tax free promise the government sold them. Because frankly, no one needs to live on the other side of the world in 50 degree heat and pay taxes. They can do that in their own respective countries with far more tolerable weather.

Just how many of these city states the world economy can sustain is open to question. While it all looks quite promising there are potential headwinds. Just how hot will Dubai get? Will Iran go to war with its neighbors? Virtually every country seems to be investing in high technology. What has Dubai produced for its investments? Dubai seems to be a mini version of China. That’s not necessarily a good thing.

Very enlightening video, There’s this woman I got in touch with during the 2020 lockdown which cost me my job. Ms. Norman Davis helped me manage my assets by introducing my to the best trading platform and strategies, I earned a lot of $$$ working with Norman at the comfort of my home. I still keep in touch with the amazing lady

I have a master in mathematical finance, so it wasn’t so easy to get me convinced to begin an investment without me carrying out proper research on her. I had her broker ID checked and she’s fully verified! So I began with a few bucks, only to get huge returns in a month. I reinvested and now I get long term monthly returns… So glad I don’t rely on pay checks anymore.

This is still a window-shopping market. But there are a lot of intriguing stocks to watch from a variety of sectors. You don’t have to act on every forecast, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on. kudos to Norman, great remarks!

Mostly Genuine Content, but one tip- Use Current Economic Situation in 2023, when making a video in 2023, not telling pre Covid Situation as current Economic Status- This is coming from someone living in Dubai and involved in the City’s Real Estate ecosystem

    Dear Sir,
This is an excellent analysis of the perspectives and challenges for Dubai ahead, both in term of appealingness of the property offering and financial risks linked to the cost of building a resilient sewage treatment system for the entire city.
Thus, your updated analysis in the coming months following latest floods event would be most welcomed, as same is expected to recur more frequently onwards.
Many thanks for this very insightful analysis and projections.
    Kind regards
    Joel
