Moshi bhai you are going to highly overhyped places..if you want good rice with rajma.. chhole.. shahi paneer..oor kadhi..you should have visited Dhabba food..it's nearby Jain chawal...and the main attraction of CP..Kake da hotel..bhape da hotel.. specially for Punjabi non veg dishes...and National restaurant for Punjabi veg food..all these restaurants are at outer circle of CP..

Moshi Bhai, you have dal chawal in karachi and other cities of Pakistan. You often say maash ki dal, I cannot make out actually which daal is this and what is its Indian equivalent dal.
In Pakistan, there is no trend of giving add one with any dish. Very very few street food stalls give some free add on. In India, onion, pickles, green mint chutney, green chilli, lache ginger is very common as free add on with street food .
