I bought one of these back in the seventies for $75.00! Convertible, white with black interior and 4 speed. Got it so cheap because the car ran but could not move under it’s own power. I crawled under the car with hammer in hand and knocked the Muncie transmission out of two gears at once, pumped up a low tire and drove it away. Had a lot of fun with it for two years and then let it go for decent profit. Wish I’d kept it. Those were the days.

67 442 was the top dog in New Orleans, yellow, black convertible top. 4 speed, my friend ordered every option available, the rear end was perfect for traction, everything was perfect. There were only 2 cars that could maybe beat it (they never completed a race [a Comet of all things and a 54 Chevy] because they couldn't control them. 442 by default!
Psst. I don't think that Quadrajet is an original. I can see the APT (adjustable part throttle) cap on the front/passenger side of the carb. That would make it a mid 70's version QJet. Probably a better carb, but not original! I could be wrong but I don't think Olds had electric chokes in 67 either (but don't quote me on that).
That carb is not correct for that car. That car does not have factory disc brakes. Those wheels are not factory 67 SSII wheels, they don't fit factory disc brakes. Just sayin.

These were great cars. Tons of power, very comfortable, and as Steve mentioned, excellent handling. 70 is my favorite with the mighty w30.
