Thanks for the tip. I was on the phone with T-Mobile and Apple support on setting up my new iPad. They had me on for over an hour. Apple wanted me to add a payment method. I tried the second option by signing out then resigning in. It worked. Thanks a lot. I was able to fix the issue in less than 3 minutes.

Okay so I have have kinda the same situation happening but it’s with my billing info.When I try to purchase anything it just says “Unable to complete purchase.We we’re unable to charge any of the payment methods on your file for your account.Please update your billing info” and there was nothing wrong with it because I was using a gift card and I had enough money.
Do you have any advice on this? Also it has been like this for the past year
