Hi, I would suggest to start the treatment right away, as it can take more than a year to get rid of tattoos. If your brother is serious about being a CC, then you should start the treatment asap

Actually it's not easy to remove a tattoo, it still leaves scars. And yes some of the airlines don't allow tattoos. You can go ahead and start trying.
