I have the hermit x8 and my eagle x9 will be here Saturday!!!!! I started with compound bows back in the day. I may grab one of those next. There is a place for both 😂
I'm at 31in/30in draw length with an extra 1in D-loop on my compound bows. I use there great, but you gotta know what to look for, vintage used compound bows!
The Dragon x10 arrows are the best deal ive ever seen for arrows. $60 for a dozen .001 arrows. They are also lightweight so you can put whatever you want on front to create any FOC you want to hit. I have them for my compound but Im about to fletch some for my Hermit x8 and see if I can build a 550gr trad arrow.
Still torn between a 3Rivers Cairn and Sanlida Hermit X8 or X10 for my first recurve bow. I know I don’t want the one piece Royal X8, the thought of shaving/sanding the limbs to correct tiller scares me.
Appreciate the detailed breakdown! I have a quick question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
Been watching your videos the last couple days and enjoying the heck out of them! I been shooting recurves since the late 80’s however I hurt my shoulder about 12 years ago on a bulldozer accident and couldn’t shoot until about a month ago I started to shoot some arrows and doing good with the first 6 or so shots but wear out. I been shooting my old widow pulling a little over50lbs . Your videos on cheaper bows has caught my attention and very impressive! I have a 30 inch draw , thinking about that ifl t bow wanting to shoot around the lower 40 lb bow what do you think for limbs, or bow? Merry Christmas.
I noticed you run 15" risers on several of your bows. These are 19"? Could you elaborate on this, or is this because of the price point for these 19 inchers?
@instinctiveaddictionarcher8998 Thanks for the quick reply, sir. I'm looking to upgrade from my Black Hunter, so I think I'll go with the Royal X8 for my next bow. Merry Christmas to you and yours! 🎄🎁
I'd pump the breaks on them taking care of us buyers. My limb tips cracked under 300 shots and they told me unless paper would fit in the crack they didn't see a problem with it. I don't feel like that was the correct answer to cracking limb tips. Hermit X10 btw.
Me either. And I am shooting the proper arrows. You helped me set them up a while back. One limb tip cracked worse than the other by a good bit. I filled it with some epoxy for now since they (Sanlida) won't handle it. Once they give or I hear noises I'm just gonna cut my losses and move on. Disappointed to say the least. Every company will have some issues but it's how they handle it.... @@instinctiveaddictionarcher8998

thanks for the video.. better put that compound in your gun cabinet😂
Now how about doing a video on the best budget Longbow? Thanks
Is there a benefit for a short draw guy shooting a 62” bow? The longer bow being more accurate/forgiving?

Thanks for the video Brother Jeff!! What's the Max Draw on the 62" ilf hermit bows?

@@DaleGraves-c1b they’re great for the price!
Jeff do you recommend the sitkin 58" recurve bow?
What happened to the 62" Hermit X10?
I have yet to see 62in bow for sale on the sandila website......
You have to email them. They have some available. Excellent customer service!!! They put up a special link for me to order the 62"....

Which spine for dragon 10 arrows for 50lb recurve?
@@jblanla I’d go with the 480’s depending on length and point weight
@ 29 inches 200 grains up front?
@@jblanla anything between 400-500 spine will be good for it👍🏻
Jeff, i was just about to ask you which one you'd recommend between the Hermit X8 and the Royal X8. Sounds like you prefer the Royal X8!

No lefties at Sanlida
How much is a Bear Kodiak 59 series with rose wood riser made in 1960 worth ?
Poor, poor volume control.
