Stanley's Face-Lifting Technique is awesome. I can vouch for it as I am a Face-Lifting Therapist for the past 21years. This Therapy was born out of Stanley's Work as a Rolfer and
Craniosacral Therapist. It can perform miracles when other modalities (including Allopathic medicine) has failed. Thank you Stanley!

Hi Dr. Stanley Rosenberg. I bought your book "Accessing the Healing Power of the Vagus Nerve" and followed the Basic Exercise and puliing my stomach down to treat my small hiatal hernia, but I still have a lot of belching. I don't know how to tell whether the hiatal hernia has been released since I've had it for over 5 years. I have shoulder pain on my left shoulder, and I've heard that people who get the nissen fundoplication surgery get that shoulder pain after getting their hiatal hernia fixed. I hope this is a good sign? Any other recommendations you can give to someone like me who suffers from hiatal hernia? I appreciate your feedback! :) Also, your book is great!!! Thank you so much for this blessing of knowledge.

Since I have the same issues, I suggest to train your core to support the whole area. How to do that? By yogic breathing :) Get well!
