The title of the song is "utsushiki hitobito no uta" which translates to "song for beautiful depressed people" (the Japanese title has a pun that combines "beautiful" and "depressed" in one word)
The introduction (the part of the video without a video clip) is a cover of the first verse of "Tsukino Bakugeki-ki", a song by the band THE BLUE HEARTS
I would like to recommend a new band for you to react to, SiM (silence iz mine) starting with the song "Kiss of Death" I think it is a good song to understand their style quickly
