I like how lenient you are with responding and accepting you are of harsh/demanding comments. I have notice small kids especially can sound mean and demanding in comments. They don't know there words can be miss understood or that person making the video is more like them and less like a magic person granting them wishes.

Thank you! It definitely helps not to take anything too personally when dealing with folks online. Despite how online communication has become a part of daily life, it still remains a rather crude medium, I find. Better to give folks the benefit of the doubt. 😊

The journey has been fantastic, and the music has that rare effect where you forget it's there when you're just enjoying the videos, but if you listen for it/to it, it stands on its own well, too.

Always a good day when Slugger uploads. Speaking of music you've composed, I gotta say I listen to your Rock Raiders album almost weekly. After seeing your review of the Frontier Patrol, I'd be really excited to see you do a full rundown on the rest of the 1997 Western sets and would LOVE to get some original Slugger compositions to go with it. Something a bit Morricone-esque maybe?

Elephants have a very low pain threshold. It could be argued their subjective suffering was roughly the same as horses and other beasts of burden of that time, even though the injury inflicted was much greater. It would be heartbreaking if this was the last Slugger video ever. "Until next time" and then he just vanishes.
Anyways. Staying on a downer vibe, I absolutely agree with the point about elephants. Beautiful, tragic creatures who deserve so much better.
And now, a Hylian Fun Fact (tm): did you know, technically, you're pronouncing "Everest" wrong? The man it was named after pronounced it so that first syllable sounds like Eve, Adam's partner, or the night before Christmas. (Incidentally, the man it was named after had never been to the mountain and said it shouldn't be named after him, since it would be hard for the locals to pronounce!) We've all just started pronouncing it the way we do.

The last time LEGO really divvied up an adventure like this was in 2019 with the “Secrets of the Forbidden Spinjitzu” Ninjago sets. Even then, I wish LEGO did more sprawling epics like this where each step of the journey is chronicled rather than big moments with overdesigned vehicles. Give us the intimate moments where our heroes rest and where the native people of these new realms live.

I'm loving the series but I personally feel that this specific video is particularly slow and redundant and some parts are pedantic as you said yourself.
Nevertheless, looking forward to the rest of the series

That’s fair! Just trying to tie up loose ends and make some corrections before heading onwards. I anticipate that there’ll be an episode like this after Everest and maybe one after China too… we’ll see! 😅

Don’t make assumptions and don’t crucify people just because you’re a keyboard warrior. It’s a two way street

Well, personally I kinda suspect that you overanalyzed tygurah's role in the grand scheme of the series. Personally I would guess that the Lego designers just thought it would be "cool" to have an animal sanctum loosely relates to Hindu mythology in spirit&, in the vibe more than in anything else. It's like Indiana Jones. Is it cringey sometimes? yup! Is it cool af? YES! So my personal strategy would be not overanalyzing Indian refetences
yo7 get the idea. am drunk af but home no worries, just wastedz ..

Tygurah is just Sekhmet very far from home. [This is a joke. A bad one, probably.]
