I mean, you can just add the 15 new cards to the deck with no issues. It’ll just be very hard to obtain those cards since theirs only one of each of the important ones. It’ll still work fine though.

Please explain to me why this isn’t compatible with the 2-10 player party pack version? Sure the cards will be harder to get, but if you just add them to the deck it’ll still work fine. At least that’s what I think. I don’t actually own any of the games so someone with more experience needs to clarify what makes it “incompatible.”

but with the streaking kitten the number of kittens must be equal to number of players, so once someone is holding an exploding kitten, there's enough kittens to eliminate all but one player
yes! you can combine them all. The only thing Streaking Kittens is not compatible with is the 10-player party version of Exploding Kittens. You can play the regular Exploding Kittens+Imploding+Streaking.

My guess is the 10 players. Maybe it didn’t play test well with that many players and doesn’t work. They don’t say explicitly why, just that it is not compatible with the 10 player party pack.
@@Snowboardgamer I see, I just finished browsing a few forums incl Reddit and came to the conclusion that is because of the 2 reasons but mainly the back-design: The 10 Player limit, this can be easily solved because the party pack is "divided" so you can just grab the cards that the guide says for X amount of players However there are "2 versions" of the party pack with different design art for the back...the classic red (like the one in the cards expansion from your video) & another with white and lines in the back. So it seems that as long as you don't try to go above the 10 player limit and you buy the party set with the "classic red back" you can actually use the party back + imploding and streaking expansions

I have the party pack and the imploding pack.... Why wouldn't this be compatible? I don't see why you couldn't keep 9 kittens if you play with 10players 😂 that's how I usually do it 😁

Hey guys, I just emailed an Exploding Kittens representative, and he says that expansion packs are compatible with the 10 person party pack, just look for a small 3.1 at the back of the box. If you have the older version, let them know support@explodingkittens.com , and I think they'll send you one

No. the imploding kitten is not an exploding kitten. simple english. imploding kitten is special; no diffuse card works for it. it's drawn once, flipped and put in deck. whoever draws again automatically game over for them. no if and or buts.

By definition, an extra exploding kitten increases the number of players. 4 bombs, 5 players. 6 bombs, 7 players. 9 bombs, 10 players. And so on.

As of right now they have not announced any more expansions.
They have announced a third expansion - "barking kittens" - due out later this year. :)
What cards should I leave out if I have a party pack and only need the 5 player version?

The instructions tell you which ones to leave out. The cards are stamped with a paw print and the others are plain.
