Sir, I am appearing for JEE 2024. I scored around 72% in 2022 then I appeared for the CBSE Improvement exams in March 2023 in "ONLY 4 SUBJECTS." After calculating my total percentage by taking the best of both marksheets, I am getting EXACTLY 75%. Now I am confused about whether to fill CBSE 2022 Class 12th Roll No. or CBSE Improvement 2023 Roll No. and also whether to fill total marks of Class 12th in which my total percentage is around 72% or fill total marks after Improvement which turns out to be exactly 375/500 (75%)? Sir, please help.

@@niraladutta2484 Did you appear for your CBSE Class 12th in 2023? If yes, and you want to appear for the CBSE Improvement exams which will be held in March 2024 then I think the last date of registration was 19th October but I'm not fully sure so please re-check the dates from your end also.

Sir, I am from Maharashtra board and giving improvement exam in 2024. I contacted NTA and a friend of mine (who studies in allen) and they told me to fill appearing candidate. They also told me, that it doesn't matter if you fill appearing or passed, as they are going to check the marksheets in the counselling phase. Sir could you please verify this?

No, bro you can only give improvement exam if you passed in all subjects. If you get compartment in one subject and want to give improvement exam of another subject then you have to give compartment this year on July and improvement in 2025 with your juniors.

Sir i had given improvement exam this year in maths my marks got increased but not 75 percent and the board gave different marksheet written ( appeared for improvement ) now i have applied for improvement in same subject and after result i will have three marksheet so during document verification for iit or nit is it applicable or allowed . If not what should i do .

It is allowed, also, if the marks not increased in the 1st improvement, You don't need to upload the marksheet. You can go with the second improvement.

Sir I had scored 74% in my board exam in 2022 and appeared for improvement in all five subjects in 2023 and got 81.2%. Now I want to appear in Jee Mains 2024. What should I fill in the educational details section, passing year 2022 or 2023 and Marks of which Marksheet? Also school name and marks? School name is not mentioned on improvement marksheet , private candidate is written in the place of school name. Please help me with this.
You need to provide the details for 2022, and you are eligible for NITs.
