My experience buying at Lamborghini was very positive. I'm "new money," had some investments that worked out, so was nervous they would be condescending and not take me seriously. Completely different though, very respectful and friendly, offered immediately to get the keys for anything on the lot for a test drive. Never felt demeaned or belittled as a customer. The experience at Toyota, Honda and Chevy, however, was a nightmare (was cross-shopping the Supra, Civic Type-R and C8). Rude and condescending, "are you sure you can afford a car like this" etc. Wanted a hard credit pull to even SIT in the vehicles. I will never go back there.
As an addendum, while my girlfriend and I were waiting on paperwork to take delivery of the Huracan, they offered keys to anything on the lot to go get coffee. We took an Aventador, beautiful machine, but due to the much newer platform in the Huracan EVO (2020 vs. 2014), DCT, better infotainment, and other minor quality of life improvements, I'd go with the Huracan every time.
Regardless, was pleasantly surprised with the Lamborghini dealership experience and will be going back in the future.

@@HeatherBallentine thanks Heather! I've told everyone I know about how positive the experience was, they're all pleasantly surprised. Everything you said is true, about demographic of buyers, etc. I went in jeans, a t-shirt and chucks. Porsche and Audi were similarly excellent (test drove a GT2RS with no credit check). Anything under the VAG umbrella is 👍 with me.

To be fair would you really want a Type-R that had been test driven by everyone who stepped foot in the dealership?
This is just an eye opener especially for me who loved the Raging Bull brand ever since I can remember.
I was nervous going to shop a Huracan EVO, but the dealership experience (Scottsdale, AZ) was great. Friendly, test drives no problem, left me with a great impression. Ended up buying a 2021 EVO RWD and love it.

It's crazy how so many dealers are still stuck in old times regardless how well others even out doing them. Most don't do social media right and or events right.
One thing blows my mind is still dealers that kick out youtubers that have the finances to buy a car and even bought one in the past from same dealer.
Would make more sense to help youtubers given they promote the dealer ship & brands, then when they make more they keep coming back buy more from you from the experience as well share it.
When I bought my Huracan EVO, the Chevy dealer was an absolute nightmare. Old-school pushy tactics, wouldn't let me sit in the car without a HARD credit pull, and when I said "well, need to check with my girlfriend if she'd like the convertible option" did the old "you don't wear the pants in the relationship?" bs. Will never buy another Chevy product after that experience.

Reality it's so GOOD!!!! This reality plus or minus is the same for all car sellers. From my own experience, there are cars that need to be sold, and there are cars that sell themselves. The main thing is the process!!!

Could you give a list of "gifts" that you give your clients? And is that a normal thing all dealerships do. My delivery is in June and am wondering if they will also do a similar delivery such as the ones of your videos.
Hey! I usually give swag like t-shirts, hats, keychains etc. We also share champagne as a toast and I order donuts or chocolate strawberries for the client. Thanks so much for watching! I hope your delivery goes well 🤞🏻🧡

how do your commissions look like?
If you are buying a car in full without financing, can you still do $30k deposit for custom spec? and then add the rest of money later on?
Yes we do 30k deposit regardless of whether you pay with a draft, finance or lease. :)

@@Raven77844 Not any cars though are they? They are among the top cars in the world along with Ferrari, Bugatti, Rolls and Bentley and a select few others.
To get my bus drivers license in 1999 I worked for 9 months in a Citroen sales and repair garage in Glasgow, Scotland. Nice cars but nothing like a Lambo! Worked as a bus driver for 5 years.
