    I am not working on any products nor projects but I can see how this method could help with other things in ordinary life; like cleaning out spaces or trimming the junk in my house or like planning a trip, for instance. We always take too much stuff. I am going to use this next time I plan one. Thanks~!

    Hi Vibhor. Thanks for all the great information. I had a question. Is it possible to create a view similar to the one you showed in this video for the MVP items via a sticky notes type grid in Jira? Is there some sort of a report or functionality which can mimic this so that so we can centralize all this information. Thanks.

    @Vibhor, You mentioned about a demo video being an MVP. Can a demo video be a MVP ?

    • @VibhorChandel
      @VibhorChandel  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Of course Prasad. Anything that lets you gather sufficient end user feedback to improve what comes next is an MVP.

    • @prasad_yt
      @prasad_yt 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@VibhorChandel would a prototype or mockup also classify as a MVP? My understanding was that the minimum useful version of the product had to be actually usable to an extent by the user so that the actual real-life validation could happen. What do you think ?

  • @jaivc8525
    @jaivc8525 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hi Vibhor. That was very helpful. Thanks for that. Do you have any recommendations on how to plan for the MVP2 after the first one has been completed.

    Can we consider MVP as Proof of concept with look and feel ?

    • @VibhorChandel
      @VibhorChandel  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely. MVP serves slightly more than a mere PoC.

    In video #6 How to prioritize a product backlog- You said Epics cannot be ordered because they are too large. So how can we order the epics into a story map as such?
