Hey guys and gal! I noticed that there were actors that earn viewers even when the show was in the re-runs but you all just discarded every actor without flipping those for the bonus. Don't want you to miss out on those points next time you play. Loving watching per usual!
Really great playthrough, thanks for shining a light on it, I'm definitely gonna buy this. One thing about this kinda game on the show; since the humor is so much a part of the game I really wish Aaron would've said the name of each and every show as he was laying them out at the beginning of each round, instead of just telling us what genre it was. Would've been helpful to also rearrange the shows based on time slot from left-to-right once they were all out on display. 🤓
I really like watching this play through we get to see each and every players actions, and not a bunch of people doing things on their end, turn based actions really is more fun to watch rather than simultaneous ones. (exception for dexterity games)

I’ve just bought The Mind which I’m addicted to and Magic Maze only a month or so ago and now after seeing this video, I need this game!!! One thing I was wondering, is it only new releases you guys play, or do you play any titles? If it’s the latter have you had suggestions from TH-cam users/fans as to what they’d like to see you play? I could name quite a few id enjoy seeing your group play! Anyway keep up the great work and I’m looking forward to seeing what you’ve got coming up!
At 1:26:25 when Lincoln is discussing paying $5m for the good side of the ad, everyone seems to miss the fact that the good side has additional viewership shown. He wouldn't have been paying $5m for slightly better income (and a net loss), he would have been paying for an additional 12 points (assuming 3 scoring rounds for the show).
Does anyone remember this game on pogo.com called “Primetime Pitch”? It’s a nearly identical theme. They took it down many many years ago and I’ve been dying to play it since. This game looks like it will scratch that itch for sure.

At 39:15 you made an error, you do not need to pay upkeep for actors in your green room, only actors in lineups requires upkeep

SAS Reacts when shows are cancelled the actors are discarded and don't earn the player any additional points.

The newest version of this is called The Networks - Rivals :-)
At the end of the season, you only pay star expenses if they are on a show. You don't pay if they are in your green room.

at 31:45, Lincoln should have rotated the ad, because it was not in the 10pm slot.
At 1:26:40 the advantage of paying the extra $5M is not the extra ad revenue it is the extra viewers.
And he would have won if he took them too!
Heads up: I'm pretty sure you don't have to pay upkeep on stars in the green room.

Turns out that might have been enough to get him the win (depending some on what else he couldn't do if he didn't have that cash).
it's a bit counterintuitive, but actors in your green room actually don't cost anything in budgeting

Hi, just a total random question. I would like to record my boardgame sessions. Which mic and camera do you guys use?
We are now using Panasonic GH-5 cameras on us and a high end camcorder above. As for mics we use wireless lavs from Sennheiser.

The network cards, are not available in season 1
Of a basic game. If they shuffled in the advanced or interactive network cards, I believe you play network cards in season 1 as well
