As a mom who had a still born, it’s sick how women can lie about being pregnant or fake a miscarriage. Losing a baby at any stage is hard and the worst pain but to lie about something like that to “keep” a man is disgusting!!!
I’m sorry that happened to you, I can’t imagine lying about something like that, I worked with a woman who each time she tried to have a baby, it was miscarriage, and it was terrible on her, my sister who tried multiple times to have a second child, she kept having tubule pregnancies until one day the doctors had to take tube out, it’s sad when women actually go through this, and you got possibly healthy women who lie about it.
I’m sorry about your loss, I too have gone through the same and I think there are bereaved parents who would absolutely agree with you - I can not condone lying about a child or a loss, my best friend faked losing twins at 6 months pregnant while I was carrying the child that passed away… The sense of betrayal I felt, her make believe “grief” intruded on my pregnancy, she demanded my time and support which I willingly gave but I’m so angry in hindsight!!!!

As an angel baby mum I also fully appreciate and understand phantom pregnancies and how real they can be and the mental health of these woman needs to be priority .
I'm very sorry for your loss, I am a man but can absolutely believe what you are saying as I have in the past found my Mum crying over the baby she lost between having me and my siblings (who were twins) and this would be over twenty years after the event and about twenty years ago now. It really opened my eyes to how deeply something like that could affect a woman.
It's happened a few more times over the years (I have spent the last twenty years as her full time carer as she unfortunately suffers from MS), most recently within the last five years, at which point she had entered into her sixties.
Once again I am so sorry for your loss, I apologise for going on so much. I just wanted to let any other guys who read this just how much this can affect the women it happens to.
I wish you all the best in the future and I am sorry for taking so much time.
