It's kind of annoying and a bit frustrating, to say the least when Philippine media frames a news banner that sounds like "China to arrest or detain trespassers." It is so because it sounds like the Philippine media appears to follow and repeat China's narrative that China is the legitimate authority in this context and that Filipinos were the trespassers, which was the exact opposite of the matter. Framing of words matters because PH is engaged in psychological warfare with China on the world stage. And if you use your words against you, or in favor of your opponent's position, you'd lose ground in the battle of public opinion. More ordinary people just read the banner and move on, and fewer go deeper into an article or video report. So, framing the banner is that important. But aside from that PH media in general is doing a great job in bringing this subject to the fore of public awareness. Thank you very much for your hard work.
