I thought the vid was really cool, i was surprised it was the first time i heard about this dude. I really liked how he explained everything he was doing at it really makes you a better player overall.
I just got my hands on the XM803 a few days ago, and as an intro to top tier modern MBTs, it is absolutely phenomenal. I don't think I've fallen in love with a vehicle as fast as I did with this one. 9.0 just gets constant downtiers right now and it's very easy to go on a 5+ kill game with regularity. The only issue is the lineup for the US at that br is really mid. If the XM803 gets knocked out, I have to fall back on the 8.7 and 9.0 M60, which aren't bad vehicles, but they perform significantly under imo.
The source files are mkv I have an older build of windows so I had to use virtual cables to single out WT audio. Whatever I changed when I played with Jon somehow had his voice in both my game audio and microphone audio tracks 😭
Learn the map to find out good places to go to. You'll notice pro players taking up good spots. Learn tank weak spots and learn from your mistakes. Lastly accept the rough start its common.

USA has a 9.0 Merkava that is quite good although it's probably ~100 GJN

Kpz is quite a bit better but 9.3 gets sucked up into 10.0/10.3 almost every game

If you're struggling that much I'd try playing arcade, it's useful for learning the maps and weakspots
