Contents like this really force you to take a step back and regain perspective on life. Gratitude really is key to a lot of achievements. You genuinely brought tears to my eyes and my heart is so full at the moment. You’re amazing, thank you 🙏
Everyday I see girls and friends with thin bodies, amazing outfits, epecially in summertime, bikinis, perfect beachy waves and sometimes I feel so different from them it makes me sick, it makes me unsecure, but hearing what you just said, watching my family safe and healthy in this pandemic period, laughing with my friend even if we're wearing a mask, it makes me feel greatful and lucky. I just want to finally love my body and treat it right to repay all the things I can do thanks to it.
Relate to everything you've said so much! So grateful I found you on Instagram and have told so many of my friends they need to watch you!! Thanks for opening up - this is a great video for anyone to watch for a gentle bit of perspective 💗
I just finished reading The Vortex by Abraham Hicks and your video today fits perfectly in this paradigm. You my dear are in your vortex. You understand it perfectly.
Gail Dines was a professor at my college in the early 90s. Her messages are so powerful! I was too immature to appreciate her wisdom back then, but now as a middle aged woman, it all rings true. Hindsight... is crazy like that!
Thank you for being honest, for demonstrating that, yes, our bodies are precious and we need to look after ourselves, but it is certainly not the only thing that we have to offer the world! I aspire to be more laid back and content with my body as you are with yours! Thank you! Nic x
This was so enlightening, I've only recently realised how much emphasis I put on my appearance and how much time I spend worrying about it when there's so many things my time would be better spent on. Thank you for sharing 💕
Thank you so much for this video, Mollie. You are absolutely right in everything you said about how the beauty industry profits off of women’s insecurities and the media also has a huge influence on how we scrutinise our bodies. Only in the last couple of years have I really begun to pay attention to who I am paying attention to and following on my social media and how this makes me feel about myself. Following people like you who are beautiful and body confident and intelligent and so much more than their body has improved my relationship with my body so much. Very grateful to you for sharing your thoughts on this, you’re so articulate and someone I love to watch and support 👏🏽💕
I watched this smiling, then went and grabbed a notebook and watched it again to take notes! Thanks Mollie you speak so clearly and wisely and it’s really helpful and inspiring
this is wonderful!! Such an important message, which I really want everyone to see, but more importantly young girls!! I wish I had access to this when I was a younger girl and I think about how much time I worried about my body as a teenager! no more time-wasting on that silliness!!!
Beautiful video. About some of these comments - what sort of person sees a video of a glowing happy person telling everyone how she has learned to love an accept her body, and feels the need to try to tear them down? It is pathetic to see. Clearly if anyone needs to change anything about themselves it is not you Mollie!
I love this, you are the last 'influencer' I watch/follow and that is because of so much more than your body - BUT it is so nice to open up instagram and see somebody with my body type feeling and looking so confident xx
I was so in my own head over what I looked like that I have hardly any photos (non selfies) of me and my son when he was under 1 as I didn't like seeing my rolls or how big my thighs looked. Now I'm devastated that I let my insecurities get in the way of precious photos I can never retake. I really am so pleased I stumbled across your channel, you are very inspiring. Thank you!
Thank you 👏🏼 thank you 👏🏼 thank you 👏🏼 I needed to hear this! I am more than my body! I am going to internalise that, practice gratitude and am I definitely coming back to watch again’!
We're a similar size and height and I watch (and rewatch) your videos almost daily. You've got a wonderful attitude and watching you helps me on my way to "body neutrality". The awareness of mortality, the utilitarian understanding of our physical selves as vessels to experience and achieve more--so important and so well-presented here. Please don't ever stop making videos. It would be such a loss for people like me! Lots of love and gratitude
Loved this video and can really appreciate the views you have and the way you worded it all, very helpful! We should really all start thinking of our bodies and our life more in this way.
Hiya, just found your video, thank you for the awesomeness, anyone celebrating real women of all shapes and sizes as long as they are healthy and being the best version of themselves is all good with me, great to hear this, just subscribed 😁🎉
Love your videos Mollie. I do think it is stupid that there is a view that women all need to be 'thin' or look a certain way. I am a man who does not care about a woman having cellulite, wide hips and a tummy that jiggles a bit. Id rather have a woman who is a size 18 and confident and just a kind lovely person than a woman who is a size 8 and insecure! You rock those curves very well Mollie and your confidence is amazing x
I fully support the fact that people should be happy in their bodies but why wouldn’t someone be the best version of themselves ? Why would someone want to except the fact that they unhealthy after all. This may come off as mean but it’s true . instead of being sad about yourself why not do something to change it if that’s what you want ? Don’t want to affect anyone , just my opinion.
I’m speaking factually. Being obese isn’t the healthiest version of the human body. And I didn’t base this off her video it’s just my opinion in general
Everyone, everywhere needs to watch this!
Damn straight ;) x
Really slowed down and took the time to truly take this in at a deeper level and would recommend everyone do the same! Thank you for being so open x
Thank you Celine that means so much to me! You're so welcome xxx

my god we could have it so much worse, and that's practicing gratitude and that therein provides the happiness. Thank you for commenting :) x

J'ai un corps plus ou moins similaire au tien. J'ai un mal fou à le sculpter.
Sinon que penses-tu de Get even et Love on the spectrum ?
J'ai ce corps à cause de la cuisine en France en fait mdr! Je ne le sais pas, c'est quoi?
Ce sont des séries intéressantes. Tu les trouveras sur Netflix.
@@TheParodotaku ok cool, je le regarderai merci x

You lost me at 'but'
‘Best version of themselves’ shouldn’t they be the ones to decide that? She didn’t say she’s sad about her looks so why write this?
I’m speaking factually. Being obese isn’t the healthiest version of the human body. And I didn’t base this off her video it’s just my opinion in general
But of course in 2020 opinions get shouted down
