Authenticated transcripts stored and sent to the institution 2. Evaluation of official document 3. List all subject completed post secondary level 4. U.S semester credit and grade equivalent for each course 5. U.S GPA on a 4.0 scale 6. Designates the level(upper or lower) of each undergrad course Option 2: 1. Evaluation of Official Documents 2. Authenticated transcripts stored and sent to the institution Option 3: 1. Evaluation of official documents
