I am from Ghana and I have completed hnd in civil engineering and it took me 3years to complete this program but unlike Nigeria you guys were talking about 5years and six years to complete hnd....can I use my 3years hnd to apply for school outside???

You just have to show your have money to cover for your deficits by telling them how you intend to pay your deficit
