    Thank you. It helps to see how people do this. No sense in re-inventing the box when someone like you has already solved this problem.

    Great work! Do you have a video of constructing the pvc frame? Would like to use this for a sleigh and 2 reindeer (2d) on my roof. Was wondering size of pvc used and where on the frames do you attach the cable running to your roof?

      I did not do a video on the PVC frame. I used 1/2 inch PVC pipe setup in a triangular orientation. I attach the line to the frames base and then connect it to the sand bags.

      @@bergmannlights5149 thank you. I’ll watch the video again and try to pause to see the frame better.

    Do you get snow in your area? How does it work with snow on the roof? Do you leave them up during the snowy season?

    • @bergmannlights5149
      @bergmannlights5149  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes I get snow and have no issues with this approach.

    Do you get pre-made sand bags? Or do you find the bags online/at a hardware store and fill them yourself? I'm struggling to find "decent" bags for sand online, so would love some suggestions for what to use

      I ordered av sandbags then fill them with sand myself. Here is some I have ordered.
