Nice property Shaun. They have added that extra door from the little front vestibule to the kitchen, that isn't standard and a nice touch. Handy, good sized terrace outside the kitchen door too. That wall / arch between the kitchen and diner is just begging to come down and a patio door put where the window is out onto the side terrace. Very nice as it is and opportunity for some nice changes too. 👍

If only I had the money~ Would be nice if the US Government VA Program could help me get something that isn't in the US but have been pondering having something in the US then flipping it over time to afford something else.
