The challenge facing our climate is the greatest existential threat of our lifetime. The actions will take now will determine the future for generations to come. Now is not a time for half measures nor is it a time where we can we afford to continue our prioritization of profit over people. Climate change is greater than any one of us, but it requires every single one of us to come together to ensure there can and will be a future for the next to come.
This isn't a problem half measures can solve. It goes beyond energy efficiency and zero net emissions. We need to actively remove carbon from the atmosphere - and do so within the next ten years or else we face irreparable damage to our atmosphere. The implications are huge- mass disease caused by carbon pollution, rising sea levels, extinction, shortages of every major resource, migration inland. The cost of waiting far exceeds the price to act now. We need bold policies that put the life and continuity of humankind above profit.

I hate deforestation… it makes me depressed and angry. Why are humans monsters😢. Mother Nature needs our help because we are the reason it is dieing. If we don’t do something about it now while we still can nothing will and we will all die off because we didn’t do anything soon enough. All humans need to band together to get it fixed. Save our beautiful planet, there’s nowhere else to go after this planet shrivels up and dies, reach into all your hearts and find the courage to help.
The planet will go on with many life forms still in existence but life for the remaining humans will be different. The next ice age will kill 80% of the remaining life forms.

I felt a lot while watching the climate videos. Honestly, I don't think there was anything we could do because we're students, so we didn't put in a little effort.
But when I saw these videos, I thought that there was something that students could do, and I felt that I was just not doing it. Have we crossed the point of no return in terms of damaging the planet? There is no such point. We need to trust that our thought, which is our greatest quality, can change nature. We only need to understand the direction to which we should aim our thoughts. What should we think about? What condition or state should we aspire to and ask for?
In order to save our planet, we should think about positive human connections. That is, how can we, in our connections, keep nature safe? How can we all together protect our world? If we truly wish to better our planet, then we should see people holding a concern for how to positively connect everywhere that we look.
It has nothing to do with recycling or other activities that we commonly associate with as being sustainable. If we come closer to and consider each other, that we will reach an entirely organic, perfectly connected and round state, then the negative forces will disappear from the world.
We need to understand that if we start thinking better about each other, then the planet will recover from all harm, because our thoughts are the strongest force in nature. Likewise, our negative thoughts about each other are entirely to blame for damaging the planet. That is why the more we recycle and invest in energies and activities that we commonly think of as being sustainable, the worse our planet becomes. Nothing will work to benefit us until we reach a state where our attitude changes toward each other for the better to protect and improve our planet.
