salicylic acid is not for everyone. i breakout whenever i use any cleanser or product with SA. what suits me is very simple. a gentle soapfree non foaming cleanser, an aloevera gel, and a zinc supplement.

Iba padin talaga pag nagpatingin ka sa isang PDS member na derma kaysa kung san san lang which is natutunan ko kay the skin sensei (thanks doc!). Na try ko na lahat ng pwedeng gawin. Yung mga review sa youtube, google, mga clinic sa mall pero sa PDS derma lang talaga ako natuwa. Sa kanya in 1 week pa lang kita ko na agad improvement gamit yung mga binigay na facial wash at gamot. In 3 months nag clear nako tho may scars padin pero konti konti lang. Nag consult din ako sa dr ko kung pano magtanggal ng acne scar sabi nya pwede daw thru laser at microneedling pero di na nirrecommend sakin kasi mas gusto nya lang ginagawa yon sa mga super lala na scars lalo na yung may lubog lubog. Pag yung minimal scars lang daw okay na daw yung facial wash na binigay nya. Nakakatanggal naman daw tho medyo matagal. Na eexplain din lahat lahat tulad ng explanation ni dr winlove di lamg basta basta gawa ng procedure. Hihi try nyo mag search sa website ng PDS para makahanap derma malapit sa inyo 😊

My night routine is all BHA (Salicylic acid) base from facial wash, toner and serum but, benzoyl peroxide saved me from my hormonal acnes sa may chin part ko. I used it every morning then i use a non-comodegenic moisturizer with spf. 😊

Depends sa interpretation mo ng "good" ate. Kasi baka hiyang yung skin mo dun sa mga products na ginagamit mo, then in that case it's good.
