    Cold pressed or organic or wooden press black sesame seeds oils drink 10ml empty stomach after that one glass warm water is enough digestion oil and get calcium too

    There is another source called cissus Quadrangularis (nalleru/asthisamharaka).Asthisamharaka means that which prevents destruction of bones.

    Mam please clear my doubt as dr khader sir said we need calcium on daily basis but sir advice to take sesame ladoo once a week or twice a week so how could the need of calcium on daily basis be complete having ladoo once or twice

    sesame seeds contains approx. 100%dailyvalue of calcium, but some where on internet i found a study saying that calcium bioavailability in sesame seeds is very less bioavailable compared to milk, i don't know whether it is true or not but I'm vegan and i will stick with sesame seeds.

      Add lentils, pulses etc to diet. Also I consume 1 rice grain sized amount of choona (limestone) used in paan as a calcium source. That's why you see in the olden days in every home they used to eat betel leaves, choona daily.
      Also Vit D is very essential for Calcium absorption. Ensure you spend atleast 30 mins in direct sunlight.
      I'm also a vegann

      I used to drink a lot of pasteurized milk and my teeth and bones actually became weaker and I stopped drinking it. I was following what nutritionists and the media said.. then I realized that there is so much lobbying by dairy companies, they spread lies to make money. People told me that consuming pearl millets made their bones strong. Sesame seeds are good too. Don't believe what the media says and I don't even trust Medical doctors anymore because they are influenced by big Pharma. Always use what our ancestors used to stay healthy.

    What is dr khadar daying about choona after delivery? Please clarify. I have delivered a baby 4 months back, have stopped taking milk as per dr khadar's advice but feel lots of backpain and knee pain.

      Delivery ke bad hamare dadi nani mammi hame bital leave me choona kattha jayfal dalkar khilati thi usase calcium ki kami puri hoti hai
      Bhopal me log pan(beetal) khane ke bad thodasa chuna lekar khate hai
      Because vahake pani me calcium ki kami hai

      Halim seeds laddoo are good for lactating mothers.Look for the recepie on the internet.Halim or Aliv seeds are easily available at local vendors.These seeds are filled with nutrition.

      white,2 tabĺe spoon,daily with warm water,one glass after,rotate with cold press coconut oil and peanut oil every week.

    we need to see black organic seed or any black seasame seed is good fore eating?
    and can we clean copper plate with black tamrind and use also for leaf (for kashyam to ) Cleaning
    And I s it ok to only wash leaf we get from ,near temple or near street,without tamrind water

      You can use black or white sesame seeds.
      You can use the leaves near temples or street without soaking in tamarind water as i don't think they use pesticides for plants

    I consume 1 rice grain size amount of choona everyday for my calcium needs apart from the lentils, pulses, green leafy vegetables etc.
    Also please note that for optimal calcium absorption, you need Vit D adequately. Mot of us who live in cities/towns and work in offices do not get sufficient sunlight exposure. Ensure you spend atleast 30 minutes in direct sunlight every morning.
