On the Universe and Tau Ceti

Modern techniques to discover exoplanet candidates - Radial velocity or Transit methods - have their own limitations. In order to confirm that a candidate is an exoplanet you should make 3 standalone, independent observations. Each of these observations should show disturbances of radial velocity or drops in starlight flux for at least for three times.
