It’s running with the check engine because my vtec solenoid is bad but one of this weekend I’m off I would replace it and the car running on limp mode for that reason

Yes is possible just take the 350z rotor to a machine shop to drill a 4 lug pattern holes

Or change your hub to a 5 lug?
