Killed it. Danny Heifetz is so often overlooked in discussions about Bungle. Dude is an absolute master, and the one thing I miss most about the current iteration of Mr. Bungle. I love Lombardo, but Danny's contribution is irreplaceable. I so wish he was part of the current lineup.
One of the best compliments I ever got came after I'd performed a set in 1993 with a band called Itch (very strange, oddly timed piano punk) to a near empty club in Spokane. Guy came up to me excitedly and told me that he recognized my playing and asked if I played in Mr Bungle and all I could say was, "I wish". Definitely lifted my spirits. Good job, man, you killed it!
