    One of the best exercises ever...I'm currently working in a gold mine in Mongolia, one part of my job is basically farmers walking buckets full of wet soil/sand to be loaded onto a truck...the gains I've got from it are incredible...my forearms are huge too 💪 great vid homey 😎

    In my gym they only have dumballs and kettlebells, which do you think is the best option for farmer walk? Thanks!

      Great Questions and Thanks for watching my video and posting your question here!
      DB's are going to give you a little more sway but the grip will eventually get uneven b/c one part of the DB will lean forward or backwards and your grip will be compromised, unless you're using Straps.
      KB's are going to be much easier b/c the weight will drop directly down, but easy is NOT WHAT WE WANT...if being Lean & Strong is the Goal.
      Also, I would highly suggest you go 100lbs plus on each hand b/c doing light Farmer Walks are dumb and kinda pointless. Again the Goal is to Stress the Torso with Farmer walks and not just the Shoulders.
