In my gym they only have dumballs and kettlebells, which do you think is the best option for farmer walk? Thanks!
Great Questions and Thanks for watching my video and posting your question here! DB's are going to give you a little more sway but the grip will eventually get uneven b/c one part of the DB will lean forward or backwards and your grip will be compromised, unless you're using Straps. KB's are going to be much easier b/c the weight will drop directly down, but easy is NOT WHAT WE WANT...if being Lean & Strong is the Goal. Also, I would highly suggest you go 100lbs plus on each hand b/c doing light Farmer Walks are dumb and kinda pointless. Again the Goal is to Stress the Torso with Farmer walks and not just the Shoulders. Hope that Helps!

Another pro for dumbbells - you can train safely alone.
Great point…for Strength or Power Training there’s less of a chance of dropping the Barbell on the chest for sure
Why not just drop the bar and do incline dumbbells all the way?

This particular Tracked Row Machine is identical to the Hammer Strength version, but it's made here in🇹🇭

Great video. I currently have the POwertec leverage squat machine, however the foot plate is angled opposite direction to what you show.

I been telling guys this for years. Incline is better than flat
Yea it’s the “I’m a super strong Powerlifter/Bench Presser” mentality that drives this. Super stupid ideology IMO but nobody wants to really see how Strong they are in a Strongman competition…plus lack of Strongman comps… So Powerlifting is the “industry standard” for true Strength
At least another plate on both sides...😊
Haha…each of those chains is 66 Pounds so it’s 235lbs -245lbs on full extension💪 I do around 8-12 Reps each Set so pretty comfortable with my Strength on this particular Lift💪

@@FitnessWithAnimal my dad's 59 and he had always been a heavy lifter, until he had a bike accident, he protected my mom with his body but the motorcycle fell on his leg, after that he couldnt move it and the tissue on a small part of his calf is literally almost dead, he gained weight but still lifts a shit ton of weight, and we just started exercising again

One of the best exercises ever...I'm currently working in a gold mine in Mongolia, one part of my job is basically farmers walking buckets full of wet soil/sand to be loaded onto a truck...the gains I've got from it are incredible...my forearms are huge too 💪 great vid homey 😎
