LordDraconical, all you need to do for that stock is push it in and it will stay stile, and if you want it to move you pull it out, it's that simple, but it took me a long time to figure that out which is surprising considering that I have a Spectre Rev 5.

The Alpha Trooper is my favorite Elite springer primary, so I am definitely getting one of these to add to my normal blue Elite.
Oh man, I'm super excited. I've been waiting for an Alpha Trooper re-release for so long now. By the time I got into Nerf, I could never find any for a reasonable price, so I've never actually owned one myself but I've used them in Nerf Wars and they are a ton of fun. Also looking forward to accessorize it with the Modulus kits!

Agree totally. Recon stock is still wiry and thin, yet has mag space, good shoulder fit, much more sturdy. And, if you don't want your stock in battle, it's Nerf you can literally just rip it off, why have to fold it and have it get in your way.

As I said when this was spoiled on the Southern Brisbane video, I don't fully buy into the Alpha Trooper hype train too much, as I started long after they went away, but I'm VERY glad to see its return! Even if it's just in CS-6 form and with a lame stock, and not CS-18 with a really nice stock, I'm happy to be able to buy one. No real reason--don't really need it, but I just love how it's back.

A rayven re-paint would be nice just because they are so hard to come by. Nerf would make good money if they released the 1995 crossbow again.
According to others you can also fire this one-handed as opposed to the original alpha trooper where the pump would slide back slightly preventing the gun from firing (you had to keep your other hand on the pump)

Whoa, you weren't kidding about the clips being old school. I thought they were just non-transparent clips, but they have the trapazoid pattern at the bottom, they might as well been colored yellow they're so old school.
Drac you should make an "Alpha Raven" as I call it, and it is really just a alpha trooper with a raven integrated in it. The alpha trooper and raven connect in the same places as a strayven and it's operated with the alpha trooper cocking mechanism. It would probably be a good HvZ gun because of, well, it could be like a death dealer with an extra mag in the back. You might be able to integrate the rev trigger and make turn on a flash light or lazer or something.
The old Gear Up Raider stock looks dope on this
Two things I find strange:
1. Not only do they show the clip half-way out on the back, they also show it with the guy shooting the blaster (the clip is half-way out, the priming thing is in the rare position, and somehow he fires a dart).
2. On every single picture, the priming thing is light gray. On the actual thing, it's dark gray.
you can store an clip in the stalk by using those bands wich are one side tape and the other site a lot of those thinks wich need another different one to hold together, and wouldn't hold on something else eccept the different part. the other part would need to go onto the part of the magazine that is always on the outside...
Orange Elite Alpha Trooper is currently being sold at Canadian Tire. (At least where I live) so go buy it if you want. I found EAT's are hard to come by.

Love alphas but I didn't get in to nerf until alphas went off the market so glad to see an alpha back on store shelfs will def buy one ASAP not paying 180 plus for a vintage CS-6 that's for sure

Just got a CrossBolt and an XD alpha trooper, and the crossbolt is much more accurate and powerful

The first NERF gun I got was a sonic fire Jolt. I learned from it that every dart counts, but of course I didn't get many wins versing my friends who had a Recon and a Retaliator. The I got the Elite XD Alpha Trooper CS-6. It was a huge jump from a Jolt (haha that was punintended) and I went from a 1:7 win ratio to a 1:3. (Yay!) Unfortunately the Alpha Trooper was retired when it was replaced with the Recon MK 2. (It had an attachment rail on the barrel, side, and top (3 instead of 1) and had a interchangeable barrel. (Unlike the AT) So that is the only reason(s) I switched. I do find the AT more comfortable than the MK 2, though. Now I rule with a homemade utility belt (holds a hammershot and 2 of any size clips) and a Recon MK 2. Sorry Alpha Trooper. :/

Why do you think that the Alpha Trooper is the best N-strike Elite blaster? The Stampede and The Rapidstrike are both very good blasters.

Ups: fragile:kicks in over and over agian and then runs it over these throws it at your porch. Not fragile: walks really carefully and puts it down really slowely
for a mod, you could make the terra drone faster and stonger to make it an assault drone not a stealth drone

Never understood why Nerf didn't at LEAST (with the XD line) up the spring rate from 2.5kg stock in the regular elites, to like 3 or 3.15kg stock in the XD range. Then at least there would be some difference in FPS and (in direct relation) a bit of range, too. There would at least be some proof of what they claim and they would be vindicated at least, this way.
Thinking this is just a way to clear inventory... those are N-Strike clips and not Elite clips in every regard (the bottom, no transparency, etc.). That and the Spectre is now incredibly hard to find and the EAT is obviously painted over. Sadly I don't predict this will be on shelves for a long time.

Being a singaporean, all i can say about the postage is that im not at all suprised. Singapore has many things the government does just to get profit while leaving the minor things unattended. And before someone else comes by and attacks this post, i am purely stating what i think and my experiences, post if you think otherwise and be slightly respectful.

Why is this pump grip supposed to be better than a Nerf N-Strike Raider Rapid-Fire CS-35 one?
Well... except from the fact that slam firing instantly jams the Raider and rips your darts apart.
Actually, the Raider Rapid-Fire CS-35 was my first Nerf gun I think.
Also, it was the first blue N-Strike and the first one to come with a drum mag.

Then he gave it a banana mag, put on a gear up raider stock and called it the deathdealer.

I think your box was deliberately opened and ripped like that because they must have thought it was a real gun wen it went through some x-ray scan or something but that is still no excuse for them delivering it to you in such bad condition.
You should send a complaint to the people that delivered it to you because next time it may be a broke blaster as well as the box.

Orange modworks with Retaliator unleashed stage 3 kit gets up to 130 FPS.
Id say retaliator is better for mods, especially with the pump grip.

I was thinking. You might be able to make a better version of Alucard's gun with an alpha trooper. Add on a slide and repaint and you should be fine. Just an idea.
