Must have a good view of skid row.
the camerawork in this video is amazing
This just goes to show Los Angeles has enough space to house the homeless, they just don’t want to.
I love the chandeliers in this. Other than that all I could think about was how slick and hazardous marble floors in the bathroom would be.
I know I'm in the minority but I just don't get all these ostentatious properties. They are obviously to show off how much money you have. No one needs that much space. I would never want to live in any of the properties Eric shows. I find the all the modern stuff cold. Like, we get it, you have money. Nope, give me a couple acres on a mountainside in a home with warmth and character. I don't need to show how much money I have. I can't think of one of the properties he has shown that I would actually want to live in. Bigger is not better in these cases...Erik i know you keep saying, "You too can have this if you work hard enough..." But who wants to work themselves to death just to buy some massive house you can show off and pay thousands of dollars in rent every month. Don't get it. Like are we supposed to be impressed by these homes? I find myself watching this channel less and less. I liked the old NY vlogs that were down to earth and personal. Sorry Erik!
Woohoo! Highlight of my Monday
I was hoping for Lucifer's penthouse
No one is talking about that HUGE big URL sign in the terrace? 125K to be an internet billboard with very little privacy.
i dont like empty tours :( but this penthouse looks dope
+𝙸𝟹𝟹𝙸𝟻𝙾𝙾𝟻𝙾𝟽𝟽💬 👈Thanks for watching, I have something real big I would love to introduce you to'
They absolutely snapped on this apartment! Like the details are mind blowing
Would love to see what would the price end up being if LA instituted a vacancy tax lololol
I love watching this but at the same time I'm scared of how much money some people have.
A ladder seriously🤔when I open a cabinet and get what I need I don't want to balance myself going down a ladder. Who ever design this - bigger is not better
This place is an accident haven = 🚑
@@plumbawl5977 At least the medical helicopter could get you out of there quick!
3:15 "Keep this shut, keep it nice and chilly in here."
>Leaves door ajar.
While it's interesting to see the way the ultra rich live, it's hard to look at such extravagance and not wonder how many people this could have fed.
Or housed.
Wow so someone is essentially paying $1.5M a year . How would you still have enough money to pay for furniture , TV , etc. and still pay water bills and electric etc. ?! Rich people man .
I think this pandemic has taught people the importance of multiple streams of income, unfortunately having a job doesn't mean security rather having different investments is the real deal.
@Girad Kan The rich stay rich by investing and investing without stopping then the poor stay poor by spending like the Rich but yet not investing like the rich
@Queen justice Recently, I invested in both stock and Crypto but curren totly I believe crypto is doing more better !!

The video turned out super! 😎
Keep up the good work! 💥
Marble floors? How cold. Horrifying. Yucky ht room. Poor accoustics
Its wonderful to know that people are living without a care in the world while people are starving to death
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The views from this penthouse are breathtaking. However, what captured me at first glance was the climbing wall & swimming pool, plus the use of Carrara Marble which is my weakness.
it bugs me that those cabinet doors are not aligned
